Jamey Burris-Fish, PMHNP-BC
Jamey Burris-Fish, PMHNP-BC is a graduate of Pittsburgh State University’s School of Nursing. In 1996, she received her Master’s Degree in Adult Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from the University of Kansas. She also has a postgraduate certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Jamey has worked in the psychiatry field for over 20 years, with the last 15 as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in a variety of settings, including inpatient, private, and community-based clinics. Jamey has experience working with children to adults. She provides psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, medication management, and therapy for mental health issues and co-occurring substance abuse disorders.
Jamey enjoys working in a team environment, with a holistic approach, treating individuals as a person, and not an illness.
