Healthworks NW is a Fee-For-Service clinic. Payment is expected at the time of service unless arrangements have been made directly with our billing department. We are not directly contracted with any private or public insurance payors. Our clinic is not a participating medicare provider.

Upon request, our clinic will provide you with a receipt for clinical care and a pre-printed HCFA form for you to submit to your insurance company. Your insurance then may pay you back for a substantial portion of your medical expenses, or none at all.

In order to determine what part of your treatment will be covered by your insurance company, please check with your carrier for “out-of-network” medical, chemical  dependency, and behavioral health benefits.

These practice choices allow for more time with the Medical Doctor, Psychologist, or Counselor to ensure the most personalized care for you and your family.

This also allows patients without insurance to access our care services without being required to pay excessively elevated “non-negotiated” rates for medical treatment and counseling services.

Our fee schedule is modestly above the medicare “allowable,” meaning our fees are substantially below most medical clinics that directly engage with insurance contracting.
